My name is Jeffery Blackwell, I am 19 years, and I graduated from Landrum
Highschool in 2007. Im married to Carri Blackwell. We got married Dexember
23, 2005. Im currently working for Spartanburg County, and doing web design
in my spare time. I plan on getting certified in CSS, Xhtml, Java and other
website tools. I am the owner of Blackwell Webs, we are free lance web designers.
I have basic experience in html, flash, and css. I am currently working
